Hardheaded

We've got a hardheaded 2 and a half year old on our hands. At breakfast, I asked Addison to take her dishes to the sink.

Addison: No mommy.
Me: Take. Your. Dishes. To. The. Sink.
Addison: I'm gunna dump this. (picks up her cup of milk)
Me: You can dump it in the sink.
Addison: (looks at me and picks up her cup.... Then dumps it all on top of the kitchen table)

Yeah... She actually IS my daughter despite all the girly prissy personality.

Jack - A Momentous Day!

Jack is now 8 and a half months and slept from 6:30 pm to 6:00 am last night. This is a momentous day!! I really hope this trend continues!

He has his bottom right tooth and I can see another one trying to come in next to it on the bottom left. Jack has several nicknames but my favorite so far is Sweet Potato because that is the only thing he eats! He will eat sweet potato toddler yogurt but spits out everything else. He is about 25 pounds now and my left hip is killing me from holding him. He's just so fun to hold and love on!

Jack has his first tooth! It's on the bottom right. I couldn't get a good shot of the tooth, but thought this was a funny picture of our funny happy Jack!

Central Market

I took Addison and Jack to Central Market on Sunday. We met up with Tracy and Kelly and watched my dad play in his band concert. It was a very chilly 1st of May, but we had lots of fun!!
