Addison and I had fun playing in the pool this afternoon. I can't believe she actually let me put her hair up in pig tails. She hates having her hair touched!

28 Weeks Along!

We are only about 12 weeks away from another baby. I'm feeling... a little scared... and HUGE.

At my last doctor's appointment everything looked great! I was measuring fine, heartbeat was good... although I forgot to ask what it was. I guess I was thinking about when exactly Jack would arrive. If you haven't heard yet... Paul got a new job! Which is wonderful, and also means he will be traveling almost every week. So, when Jack arrives was the priority question on my mind. I am really hoping Paul will be in town when I go into labor!

I'm not sure why this big change in jobs for Paul happens when we have kids. Really... if you remember, Paul got a new job three days before Addison was due! Now, he will start with his new company 2 months before Jack is due. At the doctor's appointment I decided to ask about induction... just to insure Paul will be here when I have Jack. Right now, we have scheduled to induce on October 1st!

Summer Fun

We have been trying to keep cool this summer. Most of the time we play inside, run errands... to places with AC, or go to the splash park or pool! Addison loves to play "dress up" and put on Paul or my shoes and carry around a purse. Most of the time she says "bye bye!" and "going to Acky's car!" or "get Chicky" ... for going to Kelly's car or leaving to get some chicken. She loves to play in her red Cozy Coupe Car.





The dogs like to lay around and sleep inside too... it's way too hot outside!

Addison and Rissa eat birthday cake at Michael and Vivinne's birthday party. Addie now pretends to get in her car and go to Michael's house and to see Rissa.

Addison's favorite thing to do in the summer? Go to the pool... She even went down the slide while I held her in my lap. She loves the pool!

Cyndi and Trae's Wedding and 4th of July!

Cyndi and Trae's wedding was gorgeous! I think it was probably the most fun wedding I've attended. Every detail was addressed, the decorations, food, atmosphere, and band made for an awesome event! Addison was the flower girl and did a great job walking down the aisle. I wasn't sure how she'd do because she can be a little timid. However, after telling her that Daddy had some chocolate for her she had her eye on the prize and made it all the way down perfectly! Cyndi was absolutely gorgeous and the night ended with lots of dancing and celebration. Addison tried to steal the show dancing and it's obvious we have a little attention seeking dancer/performer on our hands!

Unfortunately, I forgot my camera!! I cannot believe I forgot it... but Kelly, thank goodness, made me a copy of all of her pictures from the event. She even got a few videos of Addison dancing. I will post them as soon as I can!

























Cyndi and Trae were married on July 3rd. For the 4th of July we headed up to my parents' place for some good food and celebration. Here are a few pictures of Addison eating her first corn on the cob... she LOVED it.
